Og husker I at sikre budget til hele den planlagte indsats?<\/h3>\n<p>En rundsp\u00f8rge foretaget af <a title=\"Du kan k\u00f8be adgang til Forrester's rapport her\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forrester.com\/Advance+Through+The+Stages+Of+Mobile+Maturity\/fulltext\/-\/E-RES58495\" target=\"_blank\">analysebureauet Forrester<\/a> blandt 219 amerikanske virksomheder viser, at de i gennemsnit kun allokerer 5% af deres samlede marketingbudget til <i>mobile<\/i>. Det st\u00e5r i sk\u00e6rende kontrast til den brugeradf\u00e6rd, vi kan se p\u00e5 mobilomr\u00e5det.<\/p>\n<h2>Status for brugen af mobile enheder<\/h2>\n<p>Brugen af mobile enheder er eksploderet de seneste 4-5 \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>I 2013 havde <a title=\"Opl\u00e6g med CMO for IBM, Charlotta Wark, der gennemg\u00e5r statistik\" href=\"http:\/\/youtu.be\/pWncw5x_WBE\" target=\"_blank\">87% af verdens befolkning en mobil enhed<\/a>, og 3 ud af 4 danskere har i dag en smartphone. Tal fra <a title=\"Se statistik for brug af mobil og tablet her\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fdim.dk\/statistik2014\/toplisten\" target=\"_blank\">Danske Medier Research<\/a> viser, at brugen af mobil og tablet i nogle tilf\u00e6lde har overhalet desktop.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Brugen af mobile enheder har i nogle tilf\u00e6lde overhalet desktop<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Eksempelvis udgjorde antallet af bes\u00f8g i <b>TV2\u2019s app<\/b>, Nyhedscenter, <a title=\"Se tal fra Danske Medier Research her\" href=\"\/\/fdim.dk\/statistik2014\/toplisten\/app-listen\" target=\"_blank\">10 millioner i november 2014<\/a>, hvilket er mere end 4 gange s\u00e5 mange, som antal bes\u00f8g fra mobile enheder til <b>websitet<\/b> tv2.dk, og mere end 6 gange s\u00e5 mange som antallet af bes\u00f8gende til samme website fra en desktop-computer i samme m\u00e5ned.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 infografikken her har vi samlet statistik, der giver dig et overblik over den mobile virkelighed anno 2015.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tallene taler deres tydelige sprog \u2013 <i>mobile <\/i>er stedet, hvor det sker. Flere og flere af vores online interaktioner med virksomheder flytter over p\u00e5 mobile enheder \u2013 hvad enten det g\u00e6lder k\u00f8b, selvbetjening eller research. Jeres m\u00e5lgruppes adf\u00e6rd i forhold til informationss\u00f8gning og interaktion med jeres brand har \u00e6ndret sig radikalt p\u00e5 ganske f\u00e5 \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Virksomhederne har til geng\u00e6ld ikke kunne f\u00f8lge med i samme tempo, og derfor kan I stadig opn\u00e5 en konkurrencefordel ved at satse mere p\u00e5 <i>mobile.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fordelen ved at l\u00e6gge en gennemt\u00e6nkt mobil strategi er, at I sikrer jer, at indsatsen sker p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de, s\u00e5 den b\u00e5de rammer brugerens adf\u00e6rd og samtidig underst\u00f8tter jeres forretningsm\u00e5l.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5ske kan I opn\u00e5 besparelser p\u00e5 support og kundeservice ved at stille selvbetjeningsl\u00f8sninger til r\u00e5dighed?<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5ske kan I opn\u00e5 st\u00f8rre salg online ved at g\u00f8re det nemmere for brugeren at k\u00f8be eller bestille fra mobilen?<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5ske kan I skabe st\u00f8rre kendskab til jeres brand og loyalitet over jeres produkter ved at give brugerne en app, der hj\u00e6lper dem i deres hverdag.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hvor I v\u00e6lger at s\u00e6tte ind, skal afspejle jeres forretningsm\u00e5l og jeres m\u00e5lgruppes adf\u00e6rd p\u00e5 mobile enheder.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>For jer der allerede har en mobil strategi<\/h3>\n<p>Har I en mobil strategi, er der god grund til at kigge n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5, om omr\u00e5det er prioriteret fornuftigt i forhold til jeres \u00f8vrige aktiviteter, og om midlerne, der er sat af til <i>mobile <\/i>er fordelt p\u00e5 en m\u00e5de, der giver jer bedst udbytte af jeres indsats.<\/p>\n<h2>Bakker marketingbudgettet op om mobil strategien?<\/h2>\n<p>Som n\u00e6vnt ovenfor, er der en tendens til, at marketingbudgettet til mobil markedsf\u00f8ring<i> <\/i>kun udg\u00f8r en lille del af virksomhedens samlede marketingbudget. <strong>Sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let er om budget og mobil strategi h\u00e6nger sammen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den st\u00f8rste udfordring er, at selve omr\u00e5det ikke f\u00e5r h\u00f8j nok prioritet i forhold til de fordele, I kunne opn\u00e5 ved at v\u00e6re mere tilstede p\u00e5 <i>mobile<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Derudover ser vi udfordringer i fordelingen af de enkelte mobilbudgetter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mange af de virksomheder, vi har kontakt med, mangler simpelthen v\u00e6sentlige poster p\u00e5 budgettet, og det s\u00e6tter en k\u00e6p i hjulet for de resultater, de pr\u00f8ver at n\u00e5.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>St\u00f8rste faldgrube i budgetfordelingen er, at man bruger hele budgettet p\u00e5 at <i>lave <\/i>appen og glemmer hele den proces, der f\u00f8lger efter.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Mobil strategi: Hvilke poster skal p\u00e5 budgettet?<\/h2>\n<p>Bruger I eller vil I gerne bruge apps som en del af jeres kommunikation, markedsf\u00f8ring eller branding, b\u00f8r I have f\u00f8lgende poster p\u00e5 budgettet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategi og m\u00e5lgruppeanalyse<\/li>\n<li>Konceptudvikling<\/li>\n<li>Indhold i form af tekst og billeder<\/li>\n<li>UX og brugertest<\/li>\n<li>Design og layout af indhold<\/li>\n<li>Udvikling\/kodning<\/li>\n<li>Annoncering &amp; anden markedsf\u00f8ring af jeres app<\/li>\n<li>Analyse\/tracking<\/li>\n<li>Optimering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I forbindelse med budgetl\u00e6gningen, b\u00f8r I overveje, om opgaverne skal udf\u00f8res in-house, eller om I skal inddrage eksterne specialister eller nichebureauer med s\u00e6rlig ekspertise i mobil markedsf\u00f8ring og app optimering.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e6r is\u00e6r opm\u00e6rksomme p\u00e5, at der stadig er budget tilbage, <i>efter <\/i>appen er lagt ud i app butikkerne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De forrygende resultater kan risikere at udeblive, hvis I blot l\u00e6gger app\u2019en op i App Store og p\u00e5 Google Play og venter p\u00e5, der sker noget.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lige som med jeres website, m\u00e5 I unders\u00f8ge, hvordan appen performer, stille de rigtige sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og optimere de rigtige steder.
