It was a great challenge working with SE & HØR - and making sure to continuously update our descriptions so they matched the ever changing newsfeed in the app. Our focus was on being relevant, timely and contextual.
Aller is the leading Nordic publisher of magazines and weeklies with a readership of more than 2 million Danes. The Aller weekly, SE & HØR, the most widely read gossip magazine in the country, has developed the app ‘Mit SE & HØR’ to supplement the printed magazine.
Mit SE & HØR offers in-depth behind-the-scenes information on articles, opportunities to follow and get notifications from favourite celebrities on social media, and an augmented reality function allowing for the magazine to come ‘alive’ within the app.
Aller wanted to increase downloads and gain visibility for Mit SE & HØR within the App Stores.
Mobtimizers performed several rounds of keyword optimization making sure to add and exchange current events and VIPs of the moment into the mix to stay relevant in searches. Conducted A/B testing of screenshots and app store descriptions which led to better visibility and rankings.
